The Y-strainer is one of BOLEFIL filtration solutions designed for integration into CDUs used in data center liquid cooling systems, providing reliable particulate control to protect heat exchangers and maintain stable coolant flow.
Our Y-strainers are typically installed to provide supplementary particulate filtration in process systems. They feature an in-line configuration that permits cleaning without pipeline removal. Each strainer supports bi-directional flow and offers 360° mounting flexibility, ensuring safe and convenient integration into various processing setups.
We provide both standard Y-strainers and a high-capacity series designed for applications requiring greater performance. The high-capacity models accommodate higher flow rates, handle more viscous fluids, and help minimize pressure drop within the system.
We also provide options for strainer customization. Customers can select different strainer sizes and mesh types to suit their process requirements, as well as custom drain ports ranging from 0.75” to 6.0” for draining or sampling purposes. Additional options include dual sight glasses in tempered glass or acrylic, custom connections, and the provision of material documentation.
With an in-line design, BOLEFIL Y-strainer CDU filters can be cleaned without disconnecting from the pipeline, allowing safe operation and offering both bi-directional flow and full 360° mounting options.
