BROMEN™ PP Pleated Filter Cartridge

Overview

Pleated cartridge filters are surface filters that prevent sediments from passing through the surface. The cartridge media is pleated so that the surface area of the filter increases and holds a large number of sediments. The pleated media is engineered to form layers that enable absolute filtration while also allowing it to capture particles of different sizes.

BROMEN™ Pleated Cartridge Filter is 100% Polypropylene constructed filters with broad Absolute micron ratings. Its uniform pleated structure delivers maximum filtration surface, and extend service life. In addition, welded seams and thermally treated exterior surfaces eliminate particle by-pass.

With a rigid outer cage and strengthened inner core, BROMEN™ Pleated Cartridge Filters can hold higher operation pressure than others.

BROMEN™ Pleated Filter Cartridge is made of 100% FDA standard Polypropylene material without adhesive or organic binder, which makes it safe enough for the food & beverage industry. Also, it has wide chemical compatibility, which is suitable for the pharmaceutical industry.

The absolute filtration rating of BROMEN™ can reach 99.9% from 0.22-100 um, with its graded-porosity multi-layer structure, it can handle prefiltration and municipal water treatment. It is also a great choice for oil & gas, power generation condensate system, and the petrochemicals industry.

Just like another pleated filter cartridge, the BROMEN™ filter cartridge has pleated media and a large filtration surface. And it uses welding technology to eliminate particles by-pass.
