Max-Iron

Overview

Especially designed for the strict application, a replacement to PECO XstreamPure

What is a high flow filter?

Higher rate than conventional flow filtering systems, when high flow filter cartridges process liquids. Utilizing a high-flow liquid filtration system has a number of advantages over conventional systems, including an increase in the capacity for processing liquids and storing dirt, a reduction in space requirements, and a reduction in waste production.

Brother Filtration is a leading manufacturer of water filter cartridges, especially the high flow filter cartridge. We have OVER 50 types of high-flow filter end connections that can well replace high-flow cartridges from Pall, 3M, Parker, Pentair, and more.

What is a Max-Iron high flow filter cartridge?

Max-Iron High Flow Filter Cartridge is specially designed for high-standard applications and extreme conditions, such as filtration process under high temperature, and high-pressure conditions in the chemical industry and oil&gas industry. The Max-Iron is a perfect substitution for PECO XstreamPure.

In order to maintain a clean liquid stream that preserves process machinery and produces high-quality final liquids, high performance and a compact vessel footprint are crucial. And the Max-Iron is the exact product that has all these benefits.

Max Iron high flow filter element is made of polypropylene or Micro glass fiber. It is with polyester support and plated steel outer cage. The 60-inch large diameter ensures a large flow rate, big effective surface filtration area, and high dirt holding capacity.

For the extreme condition, the outer metal cage of Max-Iron makes high-pressure application possible, and the outer cage protects the pleated filter media at the same time. The inner core of Max-Iron also has a strong mechanical strength, which helps it get through the high pressure.

Based on its wide chemical compatibility, Brother Filtration Max-Iron high flow filter cartridge can be applied to the business and industries, which use in extreme conditions and process large quantities of liquids.
